Innovative Water Solutions LLC is a full-service water conservation, stormwater management, and auxiliary water system design / build company for residential and commercial projects. We create rainwater harvesting, graywater reuse, and irrigation systems as well as drainage improvements and landscape solutions. We perform installation service throughout central Texas, but provide design and consulting services throughout the United States and internationally.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism and customer service. We strive to provide service and systems that exceed your expectations. Our systems are economical, efficient, and beautiful. We don’t take our work lightly especially since many of the rainwater collection systems we install, supply drinking water for entire households.

Alex brings his expertise, patience, and knowledge of a variety of construction industries to the organization and planning of our construction projects. Over the years he has been at IWS, he has developed an intimate understanding of all our project designs and requirements. He helps keep everything moving efficiently.

Ford brings his attention to detail and his “get it done” attitude to the task of managing our warehouse and assets. He helps prepare our jobs by ensuring that our crews have all the materials needed to complete the job right. He also keeps our warehouse organized and ship-shape.

Gabe ensures that all of our construction projects run as smoothly as possible. Whether its managing our crew, project schedules, or construction issues, he keeps our projects moving forward.
Gabe is a licensed Water Treatment Specialist, Class III, WT0005302.

Blake West Owner
Blake was born in Bryan, Texas and was raised in Brazoria, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 1995 with a BS in Psychology. Blake would later attain his Series 7 Stock Brokers license. For a couple of years, he worked at firms selling and trading stocks and bonds. That led to serving in the Peace Corps which led to him starting IWS.

Chris Maxwell-Gaines, P.E., ARCSA AP Owner/Engineer
Chris was born in Cameron, Texas and was raised on a small farm. From his childhood, he has always had a concern for the environment. This led him to earn a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station. This led to serving in the Peace Corps which led to him starting IWS.
Chris is a licensed professional engineer (PE #99248) in Texas.
