We offer a range of maintenance, inspection, and testing services that complement our installation systems or help you diagnose issues with your existing water conservation systems. We want to ensure the longevity of your rainwater collection or graywater reuse system and help your protect your investment, no matter if we installed it or another contractor.
We can provide water testing and analysis for rainwater systems that are used for potable purposes. These tests range from simple bacterial presence to full chemical composition, depending on your exact needs.
Changing the filters and UV bulb in your rainwater harvesting system is the most important action to ensure the best water quality. IWS makes scheduling these changes easy with our Replacement Service. After subscribing, we will determine your filter needs and ship you replacement filters and/or UV replacement bulbs at regularly scheduled intervals in the mail. Let us remember your filter changes for you!
Replacing pipes or a pump due to freezing is something you want to avoid. We can help you avoid this situation. This service is intended for rainwater collection and graywater reuse systems. Before freezing weather sets in, we will decommission your system and once freezing weather forecasts have ceased, we will come back out to start up your system. If you use this service, any damage to your system due to freezing weather, will be repaired by IWS at no charge to you.
If you have a rainwater collection, graywater reuse, or drainage system that was installed by another contractor and need someone to inspect and diagnosis a current issue, we can help.
This option provides peace of mind, knowing that your system is performing efficiently for your needs. This service does not provide a warranty on the system, per se, but it is intended to keep the system in working order and help diagnose potential problems before they occur, saving you money.
You can schedule our technicians to come out for a one-time inspection and maintenance site visit. During the site visit, we will correct or fix any problems that we find in your system. The cost of this service is determined on a time and material cost basis.
We also provide annual maintenance agreement so that you know that your system will be looked after, year to year. Similar to the System Maintenance Program described above, but this option automatically contracts your system to be inspected every year. You can cancel this annual agreement whenever you like.
This is a specialized service that cleans the debris from the bottom of your rainwater collection tank. Depending on how your rainwater collection system is set up, you may only need to perform this service every 10 years or so. We can only perform this service when the water level in your cistern is very low. The cost of this service is determined on a time cost basis.
In addition to cleaning your cistern, we will also provide options for retrofitting your rainwater collection system with additional inlet filtration and first-flush options to help reduce the amount of debris that is finding its way into your cistern.
