Reed Villareal

Reed became part of the IWS team in August of 2022, and tackles the role of Bookkeeper with focused and driven attention. In addition to handling all the financial aspects that surround IWS, she serves as the office manager and helps her fellow employees with their daily tasks. With over fifteen years of experience in various bookkeeping roles, specifically pertaining to small businesses, she enjoys the challenges and unique rewards that come from the daily operations of an office.

She is passionate about many social justice causes including environmentalism, gender equality, and animal advocacy. Her time running her own business as the owner of Her and Him Dog Training taught her patience and the importance of being compassionate to everyone and everything. She enjoys reading, camping, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and boxing in her spare time. Reed is a native San Franciscan and holds a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State, and she is happy to now call Austin and IWS her home.
