If we arrive for the tank cleaning and the circumstances are different than described (example: access is restricted, unsafe conditions exist), a "turnaround" fee of $250 will be charged.
If you feel that you can not accurately answer the questions and would prefer a service inspection visit to provide a quote, the cost of this visit is $250.
We are not responsible for damage to the tank, liner, or piping. Client assumes all risks associated with the tank cleaning and agrees not to hold Innovative Water Solutions LLC responsible for any damage outside of our control.
Be aware that the sludge from the tank cleaning will be left onsite and not disposed of by our team. It may actually be useful as compost, around garden area or trees.
Be aware that the water in your tank will be lost during the process.
If you gutters are not routinely cleaned, we recommend a service visit to clean your gutters about a week PRIOR to the tank cleaning. This will be a separate fee.
If you tank has a pump, we recommend setting up a service visit AFTER the tank cleaning, when the tank is full of water, to reprime your pump system. This will be a separate fee.
Once we receive your answers and pictures, we will provide a contract and quote for the tank cleaning. A 50% deposit is due to execute the signed contract, and we will reach out for scheduling shortly after the deposit is received.
