Masonry Wrapped Cisterns

Advantages:

  • Masonry wrap can be applied to any cistern
  • Can completely change the look of your cistern
  • A roof structure is optional but it can help to complete the look
  • Wrap provides polyethylene tanks complete protection from any UV sunlight degradation

Disadvantages:

  • The material and labor to wrap a cistern will increase the total cost of the rainwater collection system but the collection efficiency will stay the same
  • Masonry wrap requires a concrete footer to be poured around the tank
